Netgenium’s IP Access Control is an industry-first true IP, PoE solution that powers door locks and readers entirely via PoE or PoE+. The system manages entry and exit while providing real-time access logs through Policy Server.

The controller includes I/O ports to power 12-volt beacon lights, PIRs, sounders and door contacts, creating a secure, event-driven access system. With PoE+, even dual maglocks can be supported — removing the need for additional power supplies.

A 12-volt wireless version is available for sites without structured cabling or when replacing old systems that are not networked. It connects to standard 802.11 Wi-Fi and supports up to two doors and single readers or one with read-in/read-out, making it ideal for remote access, turnstiles, gates, temporary setups, or listed buildings where running cables is not practical.
